The Meliha Ercan Foundation (the "Foundation") acts in accordance with the obligations stipulated in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law"), the Decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board, and all relevant legal regulations. This Information Text has been prepared by the Meliha Ercan Foundation, as the Data Controller, to fulfill its obligation to inform as described in Article 10 of the Law and to inform personal data subjects of their rights listed in Article 11 of the Law. Your personal data obtained may be processed in a manner that is relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes described in this Information Text.
1. Processed Personal Data
Personal Data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Personal data in the following categories, including Identity (name and surname) and Contact (email address, phone number), may be processed, as well as your personal data in your message content.
2. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
Your collected personal data may be processed by the Meliha Ercan Foundation for the purposes of receiving, evaluating, and responding to your requests, and conducting communication processes.
3. To Whom and for What Purposes Your Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your personal data may be transferred by the Meliha Ercan Foundation to legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and, if necessary, to relevant natural persons or private legal entities, in accordance with the conditions for transfer of personal data stipulated in Article 8 of the Law, in order to fulfill your request.
4. How Your Personal Data Is Collected and Its Legal Justification
Your Personal Data may be processed by the Meliha Ercan Foundation when you fill out the information collection form on our website, based on the data processing condition of "being necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract" stipulated in Article 5, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph (c) of the Law.
In addition, your personal data may also be processed if you contact us verbally, in writing, or electronically via email, telephone, text message, contract, social media channels, or other similar means.
5. Your Rights as a Data Subject, as Set Out in Article 11 of the Law

• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, despite the data being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and to request notification of the action taken in this context to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To object if a detrimental result is produced by the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation if you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
