The former Ilıca Municipality service building, owned by Manavgat Municipality, was converted into an Accessible Living Center in 2019 with the support of Nurullah Ercan and donated. Operating under the Manavgat Municipality Social Assistance Directorate, it has served 348 students with various disabilities between 2019 and 2024. It continues to provide services in 6 separate disability categories. The Meliha Ercan Disability-Free Living Center has 11 different workshops, including handicrafts, music workshops, breathing therapy, a library for the visually impaired, and a horticulture training workshop, as well as a psychologist providing services.
